The 35th Annual Management education focuses on the current and anticipated challenges which management education in India faces and the way forward to ensure that we offer an excellent value proposition to our stakeholders. The journey to excellence is a continuous process. The Convention will be held in Meerut, a city with a glorious history and often called the sports city of India. Over 10 interactive sessions are planned with eminent speakers from the industry, academia and governance contributing to this “think-festival” . The convention is a commitment of AIMS to be a management education torch bearer in India and engage with all stakeholders to further this.
The 3 day convention will have over 10 thought provoking panel discussions, keynote speakers, awards and commendations and provides a great opportunity for knowledge exchange, showcasing and networking.
The conference sub-theme is the quest we are undertaking: To be Aviral (continuous improvement) Advitiya (to be unique) and Anant (to accept that this is an infinite journey).
Which leads to the convention title Perpetuum- which means “forever”
The three earlier annual conventions of the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) focused on the challenges of management education in post-pandemic society, which is struggling to recover and reflecting on the emerging management paradigm. The proposed theme for the 35th Convention, PERPETUUM, literally means "Perpetual." It is in continuity with it, as the quest for Gyaan (knowledge) is AVIRAL, ADVITIYA, and ANANT : unending, unique and infinite. The theme for this convention resonates with the idea of change with continuity.
Apart from the intellectually stimulating sessions, the Convention includes several competitions and awards, providing opportunities to recognize talent and celebrate achievements. These competitions are designed to promote and acknowledge management research and the outstanding work of management academicians and institutional leaders. The panel discussions, networking opportunities, and commendations for excellence in management education make the 35th AIMS Convention a hub of learning, collaboration, and celebration. Join us at Master School of Management Meerut from December 15th to 17th, 2024, as we embark on this infinite journey of growth, reflection, and transformation!

We have coined the term ANEW which means in “ a new or different and typically more positive way”. The convention has this to offer
Awards, acclaim & alacrity
New insights & new friends
Experience & Engagements
Meet management gurus & our esteemed speakers
Our ANEW philosophy means that anyone interested in management education will immensely benefit by attending. More importantly they can also contribute to the discussions and engage with experts . As an example, research scholars will be able to glean research insights and also envisage out of box research topics and networks to enhance their research footprint. Management students will gain an understanding of the business world, the changes and the skills and challenges they need to assess to enhance their career. It is a win-win for all stakeholders.
If you are looking to be a sponsor or associate with the convention, you have the benefit of networking directly and indirectly with hundreds of business schools, mark you brand presence at the convention and beyond as there are multiple post-convention events, book and journal launches and distributions and a continual presence in social media and platforms.
